Billing & Refund Policy

Effective: January 2026

Subscription Plans

Klarv offers the following subscription tiers:

  • Free: No payment required. Includes starter AI capacity.
  • Pro: $39/month or $374/year (~20% savings). Pro AI capacity and additional features.
  • Team: $129/month or $1,238/year (~20% savings). Team AI capacity, multiple users, and advanced features.
  • Enterprise: $6,000/year (annual only). Enterprise AI capacity, unlimited team members, and premium support.

AI Credits

Each subscription plan includes a monthly allocation of AI credits that power features like diagnostic chat, documentation generation, and risk analysis.

Monthly allocation: Your credit allocation refreshes on your billing cycle date. Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next month.

Bonus credits: Credits purchased separately ("bonus credits") do not expire and are consumed only after your monthly allocation is exhausted.

Usage monitoring: We reserve the right to adjust credit allocations, pricing, and usage limits at any time. See our Terms of Service for details.

Payment Terms

Payment processor: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details.

Currency: All prices are in United States Dollars (USD).

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. After multiple failed attempts, your subscription may be downgraded to the Free tier.

Refund Policy

14-day guarantee: If you're not satisfied with your first paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies to first-time subscribers only.

Partial months: We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Credit packs: One-time credit pack purchases (bonus credits) are non-refundable once purchased.

Exceptions: Refunds outside of these terms may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Contact us to discuss your situation.

Plan Changes

Upgrades: When you upgrade to a higher tier, the change takes effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period.

Downgrades: When you downgrade to a lower tier, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your current plan's features until then.

Billing period changes: Switching from monthly to annual billing (or vice versa) will take effect at your next renewal date.

Cancellation

How to cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing Settings page or by managing your subscription through Stripe's customer portal.

Access after cancellation: After cancelling, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. Your account will then revert to the Free tier.

Data retention: Your data remains accessible on the Free tier. If you disconnect your Salesforce org, stored data will be deleted according to our retention policy.

Taxes

Prices displayed may not include applicable taxes. Sales tax, VAT, or other taxes may be added based on your location in accordance with local regulations. Any applicable taxes will be shown at checkout.
